Joe Favata looked after me as a somewhat nervous first-time buyer in my search for the best possible mortgage available. As a whole of market broker he has access to all of the available lenders so he wasn't limited to just a select few.
He let me know exactly which documents would be needed and was able to liaise with the lender quickly to produce a mortgage offer within a matter of days.
What's more, when we discovered that the lender had reduced their rates across the board Joe was able to go back to the lender to amend their offer to provide me with the newer, cheaper rates on offer. Highly recommended
