When I bought my first property 4 years ago in 2018/19, I thought the service Joe provided then was simply outstanding and have been recommending him to family and friends ever since. There was never any question of contacting anyone else when it came to myself and my partner starting the process off to eventually purchase our new property in April 2022… The scale of what Joe did from beginning to end exceeded any level of service we could have ever imagined. To say Joe went above and beyond his remit is an understatement! We had an extremely complex mortgage application and purchase process, which ended up to be a very unique case that even Joe himself admitted had never seen or heard of before in all the years he has worked in the industry! As always, Joe was able to give us the most accurate information from day 1 - constantly guiding and advising us with his wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry. Whether it was literally working 7 days a week, 24 hours a day or replying to emails on a flight from thousands of feet in the sky... we were never ever waiting on a response from Joe! At times, without us even asking, Joe was fighting battles on our behalf with other parties where necessary, and in addition to all the above, and most importantly, he did his up most to keep us positive when there were times we almost felt like giving up (and probably so did Joe…and we wouldn’t have blamed him if he had)!! If that wasn’t enough, Joe also secured our Home and Life Insurance for us too! We put all our trust into Joe, and as always he delivered an outstanding service which without, we wouldn’t be in our house today.
