Getting Started
We aim to assist you in understanding exactly what is involved in buying and selling your property and when you need to pay.

Before you can proceed with your house move you will need to know the value of your current property and what estate agency fees are involved.

We understand this process can be stressful but that is why we are here to assist you each step of the way. We are on hand to answer any questions you may have along the way.
Next Steps
Once you have sold and found your next property your mortgage adviser will submit your full application to your lender alongside all the supporting documents and details on your new property.
Similarly to your first mortgage agreement, once all checks have been completed and a satisfactory survey has been carried out, your mortgage offer will be issued to yourself, your mortgage adviser and your solicitor.
Exchanging contracts:
Once all the necessary checks have been carried out on your new property the acting solicitors for both parties will prepare contracts ready for exchange. Depending on how many people are in the chain, the time in which this takes to all be prepared can vary.
Moving Day!
Today is the day! The funds will be released to each relevant party within the chain and you will be contacted to collect the keys to your new home!
